Overview

Terry is a Director with Spire Consulting Limited specialising in providing Business and Business Process development together with Supply Chain optimisation consulting services. Terry has worked for and advised a range of New Zealand companies, from large to small over the past 30 years.  Terry’s range of experience extends from process development at innovative New Zealand companies, to management and improving Production Planning and Scheduling systems focussed on Customer service, to designing and implementing Decision Support routines and improving business performance utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning or Supply Chain software to effect efficient and optimised practises.  These experiences have been gained in a range of industry types, covering process and discrete manufacturing, involving commodity to high added value products, as well as in Commercial and Governmental environments.
